Step 1: Install Python 3.10–3.12 (64-bit) and Visual Studio Code.
Step 2: Extract the project ZIP file and open the gym_management_system folder in VS Code.
Step 3: Open the PowerShell terminal
cd gym_management_system

python -m venv venv
Step 5: Activate the virtual environment

Step 6: Upgrade pip
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
Step 7: Install the required dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt

python manage.py makemigrations gym
