Eligible for a refund

Because every product is a digital download, we generally do not offer refunds once the download has been accessed. You can get a refund when:

  • The project file is corrupt and we cannot give you a working version
  • The project description was significantly misleading
  • You bought the same project twice by mistake
  • You ask within 48 hours of purchase

Not eligible

We cannot refund an order when:

  • You changed your mind after downloading
  • You bought the wrong project
  • You have an installation issue. We give free support, so please contact us first
  • More than 48 hours have passed since the purchase

How to request a refund
