Step 1: Install Visual Studio Code and XAMPP or WAMP.

Step 2: Extract the project ZIP file and open the project folder in VS Code.

Step 3: Start Apache and MySQL from the XAMPP Control Panel.

Step 4: Place the project folder inside

C:\xampp\htdocs\

Step 5: Open phpMyAdmin

http://localhost/phpmyadmin/

Step 6: Create the required database. If the project includes an SQL file, select the database and import the file through phpMyAdmin.

Step 7: Locate the database configuration file and update the database host, database name, username, and password.

Step 8: Open the application in your browser

http://localhost/matrimonial-portal/

Step 9: Replace matrimonial-portal with the actual project folder name if it differs.
