1. Install XAMPP and Visual Studio Code.

1. Extract the project ZIP file.

1. Copy the extracted project folder into the XAMPP htdocs directory. For example:

C:\xampp\htdocs\OnlineCourseRegistration

1. Open the XAMPP Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL.

1. Open phpMyAdmin:

http://localhost/phpmyadmin/

1. Create a MySQL database using the name required by the project's database connection configuration.

1. Import the supplied SQL file:

onlinecourse.sql

1. Open the extracted project folder in Visual Studio Code.

1. Locate the database connection file and configure the MySQL host, username, password, and database name.

1. Save the configuration changes.

1. Open the project in your browser:

http://localhost/OnlineCourseRegistration/

1. If your extracted project folder has a different name, replace OnlineCourseRegistration in the URL with your actual folder name.
