How It Works

A member registers and logs into their own account to browse the catalog, search by category or publication, and request titles that aren't currently available. When a member borrows a book, the admin issues it from the admin panel, which records the due date automatically. On return, the system calculates any overdue fine without manual tracking. Admins keep the catalog current by managing books, categories and publisher records, review and act on member book requests, and pull circulation or overdue reports whenever needed.
