Installation Guide

1. Download and extract the project ZIP file.
2. Copy the project folder into the XAMPP htdocs directory.
3. Start Apache and MySQL from the XAMPP Control Panel.
4. Open phpMyAdmin and create the required MySQL database.
5. Import the provided SQL database file into phpMyAdmin.
6. Open the database configuration file and update the MySQL credentials.
7. Configure the AI API key if AI chatbot functionality is enabled.
8. Open the project in Visual Studio Code.
9. Run the project through your local XAMPP server.
10. Open the project URL in your browser and log in.
