Step 1: Install XAMPP with PHP and MySQL/MariaDB support.

Step 2: Extract the project ZIP file.

Step 3: Copy the extracted project folder into

C:\xampp\htdocs\

Step 4: Open the XAMPP Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL.

Step 5: Open phpMyAdmin

http://localhost/phpmyadmin

Step 6: Check the supplied project files for the database name and SQL file. Create the required database and import the provided SQL file into it.

Step 7: Open the project database configuration file and configure the database host, username, password, and database name according to your local setup.

Step 8: Open the project in your browser. Replace PROJECT_FOLDER with the actual extracted folder name
