- Install XAMPP on your computer to set up the local server.

- Copy the extracted project folder.
- Paste the project folder inside:
xampp/htdocs/
- Open your browser and access phpMyAdmin.
- Create a new database named:
dblms
- Open the Import tab in phpMyAdmin.
- Select the database file:
db/dblms.sql
- Click the Go button to import the database.
- Open the project in your browser using its localhost folder address.
